Looking to make friends & question about Lyle McDonald's RFL

Hello everyone,
It's my third day. So far so good! I'd love to make some friends, though I made one already and she made me feel super welcome.
I have a question about Lyle McDonald's RFL program. I'm eating very low carb but for some of my proteins (vegan) -- I eat a lot of seitan, which has a very low carb count but that's only because most of all the carbs (except for one or two carbs) are considered fiber. I realize this is different from what Lyle recommends, but I'm curious if any of you have had similar experiences on the diet, or if you have an opinion about whether or not I should consider the fiber carbs as carbs when on the Lyle RFL program.
