Will power

Can anyone share how they have the will power with not over eating.

    I have been drinking a glass of water before every meal, as per the suggestion of a friend. It fills me up so I don't eat as much in one sitting. It forces me to eat smaller more frequent meals.

    Weigh everything before you eat to ensure serving sizes are correct.

    Preplan your meals and put them into your food diary the day prior and don't sway from your plan.

    Stick pictures of hot bodied people on your fridge. :)
