I just looked at our front step and there were two junebugs out there. Does anyone else find these one of THE MOST repulsive bugs out there? I saw one from the INSIDE of the house... and I feel like they're all over me lol

    I'm deathly afraid of june bugs, if one gets in the house I'll lock myself in a room and cry till someone saves my life lol. they are so scarey to me... big icky sticky bug!!!!

    I hate june bugs...literally HATE them! I don't know if it was the mild winter or what, but we seem to have tons this year already. I leave my garage light on at night b/c there have been a lot of car burglaries in my neighborhood lately and there are probably 20 or so on the ground in the morning when I go out there. The sound of the crunch they make under the heel of my shoes is very satisfying!

    Junebugs don't bother me as much as when I'm sitting in my camper and a spider crawls by me.

    When I was a kid we used to catch them and put them in jars filled with dirt. It was interesting to watch them dig.

    They are everywhere by my house! I have to admit, they freak me out... I could definitely do without Junebugs.

    I don't mind them at all. I've even been known to help them when they end up on their backs and start flailing. They do that a lot because they don't seem to be terribly smart little things.
