Does anyone else go through some days where you just don't feel hungry?
I don't have them often but find it very hard to eat anything when nothing sounds good at all...

I had one of those days last week. I just had no appetite what so ever. It was all I could do to drink an Instant Breakfast just to have some cals for the day.0
