going on 3rd of p90x, but need help with the food!!!

Hi, Everyone
I going on my third week of p 90x, i think i'm doing good with the excercise, but have a problems with the food i should eat, because i know i need to have enough carbs for the energy, and protein for the muscles, but want to know what kind of carbs, and protein are better to help me loose weight and maintain muscles, i need ideas for breakfast, snacks and recovery drinks, i think i'm doing fairly well with the lunch and dinner, thanks in advance!!!
