I am going to be adding some songs to my playlist tonight! But for me, I start every run with Trick Daddy's "Let's Go".

    Kryptonite - 3 Doors Down
    Witchcraft - Pendulum

And a few others that have already been mentioned, Pitbull, LMFAO, Rihanna, Lady Gaga etc. I like fast music, something that's easy to zone out too - but the above two always push me and really pump me up!!

My favorite Zumba songs, two of which are "Drop it low" & "Move ya body". Those songs are so much fun

I have an unusual one by a band many people may not no too well: The song is 'My Body' by Young the Giant.

It's a pretty upbeat tune and with lyrics like this in the chorus it translates well to the gym!

    'My body tells me no
    But I won't quit
    Cause I want more'

    My 'getting pumped' songs:

Here I Go Again - Whitesnake
    Church - T-Pain
    Cherokee - Europe
    It's Tricky - Run DMC
Livin' on a Prayer - Bon Jovi
Through the Fire and Flames - Dragonforce
We Will Rock You - Queen
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
Far From Over - Frank Stallone
    Tucker's Daughter - Ian Moss
On the Floor - J.Lo feat. Pitbull

Maroon 5 feat Christina Aguilera - Moves like Jagger.

    For two reasons

    1. It's a great song

    2. And I apologise beforehand because I love her ...but...Christinas weight gain makes me move my *kitten*...eek there I said it sorry x:blushing:

I plug in Pandora on Cardio dance and take what they throw at me :-) There are a bunch of cardio stations now and there is something majikal about not knowing what the next song will be. Having said that "Walk This Way" by Aerosmith is my all time fav "get your *kitten* moving" song followed closely by Pitbull's "Pause". Right now my new motivation song (to keep me "up") is Lady Gaga's "Edge of Glory" Hard to peter out when that is blasting in my ears!
