Need Advice

How does everyone get their daily workout? I have a very tight schedule with work and school.. the only days I have to get a good workout are Fridays and Sundays...I have been told that I can build up to the 30-40 minutes of work out by doing mini workout sessions of 10-15 minutes during the day... Is anyone else doing this?

    If that's what you can do it is better than nothing!

    I know one lady who gets up at 3am to work out. Yes, 3 AM.
