I'm in a funk. Anyone else ever been in this situation ? Here's my story...in November, I had a hysterectomy , prior to this, I had lost 43 lbs! But after the surgery, I let myself go due to not being able to exercise & just no longer caring about food now ...may, I've pry gained 50 or so lbs since November , putting me at 285 lbs . I went from a size 16 in jeans to a 22 ...Ive tried to pick myself back up and get started with it again but I just can't seem to stick with it again. Help! ...thoughts...motivation...something!

That's a lot of change, especially hormonally. But you've made a great step by asking for help and getting on mfp! Congratulations on that!!! Start by making better food choices. Take out the junk (high fructose corn syrup too) and start exercising a little each day. You can totally do this!!! Please feel free to friend me and I'll help you in every way I can.0

You have made the most important step which is getting back on MFP congratulations! next I would just start logging every thing
because you need to know how much cals.. ur taking in, and like the other member said just start moving more. Something I use to do before I really started workingout hard was walking or jogging in place during the commercial breaks, it's a good way to start exercising, good luck to you!0 -
