Squash Calorie Burn rates

The calorie burn rates for Squash seem to be pretty high (approx 900 Kcal / 60 min). While this may be true for professional level players, is there a way to put more down to earth numbers for middle aged players like me.
Or maybe the question should be how to indicate the intensity of the exercise while making an entry.

    sounds like u need to invest in a HRM

    I agree about getting a hrm if you want to be as accurate as possible but in the meantime you could just knock down the minutes- I feel the same about the burn rate for badminton so only put down 30-40 minutes for every 60 actually on court depending on how hard I've worked.
