I've been losing since 7/25/2011 been on MFP for a while now after trying several other tracking sites. I lost 37 lbs by Christmas and have lost 3 lbs since (WTH) I stopped tracking but kept watching my calories. Trying to get back onto tracking and adding the community so I don't fall off the wagon. Please feel free to add me as I'm not typically good at asking for help but HELP!
As background I lost 115lbs at one point and gained it back after being on bed rest with my daughter and losing muscle and falling off the wagon. Once I tried to start exercising I couldn't go back to the intensity I had once done because I suffer from migraines and as a new trigger, you guessed it, exercise! So frustrating, I now do lower intensity workouts but miss kickboxing, which I had done faithfully for 3 years.
Just need to keep going but.... somedays its just hard.
