Ok everyone I'm back!! I have had a bad few month's with my family from up north. Now the madness is over for the time being I'm back. I have put on about 4 lb. from what I was at the beginning of this weight loss journey. I'm going to bet help from a dietician this time I think. My sister in-law is getting a b12 shot and a bunch of vitamins and an appetite suppressant and she has lost 15 lb. in about 2 months. So I think I’m gonna make an appointment and see how it all works. So how has everyone been?
