muscle pull?

I've never experienced this before but in my left leg at the back almost near my inner thigh, I have an ache I would say...not pain as such but maybe a pull? Does anyone know what this could be? Also, do I need to stop exercising? I can walk, though maybe a little limp though it doesn't hurt as such. Any exercises I can do? I am on phase 2 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (last week of phase 2) and I don't want to give this up. Sort of scared to put weight back on to be honest

    Yoga and mild stretching would help.

    thank you. I managed to complete my workout today with little modification. I must say poses like down dog really help.
