Hi Everyone

I'm on the hunt for some tasty, low calorie snacks. I'm also on a budget :-/. I do have a membership at BJs, and coupon.

Any suggestions?

fibre one 100 cal granola bars
  • I really like the Kar's trail mix packages at BJ's. They're actually 2 servings per bag, so for a snack it would be a little too high in calories. But sometimes if I need a quick lunch I'll eat a package. Raisins, cashews, almonds, no salt.

I like the Smoky Mozzarella String Cheese (my toddler does too) by Weight Watcher's
Nabisco 100 Cal Snacks (there are many)
    Kellogg's 90 Cal bars

    Fruit is always an option

    Ice lollies!

I'm from the UK but you prob have similar

    Rowntrees Sour Fruit Pastilles Minis
    Walls Mini Milks
    Walls Mini Twisters

All under 50 cals each and since they take a good few mins to eat (as long as you don't bite them) usually satiates the old snack pang

1 cup of sugar free Jello (diced) and 1/2 - 1 cup of your favorite fruit (diced) mixed together. Yummers!
I have it as pre-breakfast for when I do morning walks.
