I have been a yo yo dieter for a few years with not much progress overall, so instead of having various Fat Fighting clubs liberate me of my money to tell me I'm fat, I decided to go at it alone instead.

I downloaded the MFP app a few weeks ago and I'm loving it!

How do you guys stay motivated? Esp. when you start plateau-ing?
