Dopamine, and snacking..

So, I've been feeling GROUCHY as God knows what every night since I've started this.. my boyfriend summed it up for me.. I'm not snacking at night any more! Eating releases Dopamine, the feel good chemical! I've read that eating can release it the same that Sex does! So if any one else is feeling grouchy after cutting out snacking, try 'something' else to cheer yourself up! =) This feeling has led me to give up before so I thought I would share.. just toughen up and think of your goal. Understand why you might be feeling grouchy. Night snacking was a HUGE problem for me, I don't want to admit it..but I can down an entire bag of Doritos =( NOT good... Any one else getting that grouchy feeling?
