Trying something new

Hi everyone.
I've joined here after losing just over a stone with slimming world, but haven't really lost anything since Christmas.
I've analysed with a friend what works for me (lost 75lb with weight watcher back in the original points days) and have concluded that I need to count what I eat. These plans where you can eat as much as you like of certain foods don't work for me, cos my portion size grows over time. So I need to be counting, and I need to be weighing and measuring.
So following a reccomendation on another forum, I'm trying this out, and from what I've seen so far I like it, so fingers crossed. Got 120lb to lose in total.
