Just joined today! I have been working on my diet and exercise since March of this year. My starting weight was 167, my current weight is 155 *on a light day! My goal is 125-130 hopefully by Christmas. I am about to begin nursing school and I know the stress will be CRAZY- and because I am an emotional *or "because I'm bored"-eater, I have to get my bad habits under control. I have been cycling since April and enjoy the sport! However, I need to do more cardio and get more calories burned everyday...I try to eat between 1200-1500 cals a day, but find myself giving into my sweet tooth too often. My goals are to get my bad habits in check, starting with my bad eating habits! And I would love to get 45mins of cardio in 4-5 days a week! Here's to working hard and eating well!

    Thanks to everyone who replied with such positive thoughts! I had a weekend of good food and great friends and tomorrow I am back to the daily grind of low cals and hard workouts! Trying to find a fun cardio workout that burns 500+cals so when I am not riding my bike I have something else to do! Any ideas????
