Wow!! Has anyone tried this??!! I just tried it for the first time and it is amazing! If I wasn't looking at the label, there is no way I would believe it's fat free (.5g of fat per 1/2 cup). It is so creamy and chocolaty, I'm amazed! I just had to share, with a treat like this once in a while it really makes it easier to stick to your goals! :bigsmile:

    Only 100 Calories per 1/2 cup! :bigsmile: I admit that I had a full cup because it was so good, lol, but I'm not over my cals, so I allowed it, lol!

    I'm a big fan of the occasional treat, and that ice cream sounds good!

    Sounds wonderful! I like Nestle light fudge ripple at 120 cal per 1/2 cup, but I'll definitely give this one a try Thanks for sharing :flowerforyou:

    You should check out their Smooth and Dreamy line! It's low in fat and calories, but actually NOT pumped full of preservatives and other yuckies. And it tastes divine!
