Hi there,
I knew I would indulge a little tonight, we were celebrating hubby's bday with cake, ice cream and tons of food. But I swear once I started eating the cake, it was like I couldn't stop. :angry:
And I have my long run in the morning, what was I thinking? haha
I don't even want to get on the scales tomorrow, I'm bloated and blah and really overdid it.
In my mind I know that one big meal won't totally screw me up but I feel so bad and shouldn't have ate like that before long run training. Surely my 12 miles will burn off some of those calories, I hate to even think about how many I consumed.
This marathon training is making me sooo hungry all the time.

    Try not to think of food as good or bad- it's just little cells in a form. That's all.

    Are you eating enough to keep up with your training?

    You can burn it off in the morning :wink: Try not to kick yourself too hard over this- it happens. One day of cake won't hurt you. You might even find that the extra calories help you a bit. :flowerforyou:
