Feeling Tired and Sluggish

I joined MFP last week because I really though it would help to hear everyone's story on how to lose weight and get health. I have been feeling really tired and sluggish so how can I get motived to exercise and lose weight. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    what are you eating? If your body's not getting the nutrients, protein, carbs, fats and fiber it needs then it won't be able to run as it should. Can't run a car without fuel.

    Also, try and get your full 8 hours of sleep if possible, let your body repair itself!
