best scale for tracking weight at home

Which is the best weighing machine for tracking weight at home? My scale is making it impossible to track my weight. Every time I weigh myself I see a different weight with 3 pounds + or -

I use the Wii Fit to weigh myself. My regular scale sucks potatoes and always gives me a very low reading... which I like, except that it's not accurate.

However, the number on the scale truly means very little. As long as the numbers are going down ** over the course of a few weeks *** then you are doing the right thing.
