Fitness Routines

S-Run/a video usually Jillian Michaels
M-Cardio and weights
T-Lifting class
W-Bodypump
T-Boot camp and cardio
F-Zumba
S-Boot camp and martial arts

I try to incorporate as much cardio as I can.

But any tips, ideas would be beneficial at this rate.

    Current Routine:

    Mon-30 mins Cardio, Upper body strength training, 20-30 mins cardio
    Tues- 30 mins Cardio, Lower Body Strength training, 20-30 mins cardio
    Weds - 45-60 mins cardi, Ab workout
    Thurs-30 mins Cardio, Upper body strength training, 20-30 mins cardio
    Fri- 30 mins Cardio, Lower Body Strength training, 20-30 mins cardio
    Sat- 45-60 mins cardio ,Ab workout
    Sun - 45-60 mins cardio, Ab workout
