Do you feel about your weight now like you did about your old weight?
I have dropped 14.5 lbs since I started. But now I feel just like I did 14.5 lbs ago. I know celebrate the success and keep moving forward. I have told how many that. Just not sinking in for me right now.
My husband tells me I am gaining muscle. Maybe I just want to see the numbers move again and move in the right direction. DOWN.
Anyone else feel this way, or have in the past. How did you deal with it? What did you do to get them moving again?
I have already changed my calories to my BMR a couple months ago. Do I need to recheck that? Ideas please. But no war of words.

Get a tape. One of those tailors tapes. I tape every Monday (worst time to do it) but, I am happy if I didn't drop any weight at all but added to my arms and subtracted from my belly.0

Have you taken any measurements? If not, I would suggest that you start taking measurements once a week so that when you may not see the scale move you probably will see your measurements go down. A couple years ago I was a size 18 and weighed about 200 pounds. I started exercising and didn't lose any weight at all, but I dropped inches like crazy. I went to a size 14 in just a couple months. Seeing the measurements go down kept me motivated. Even when I don't see any changes at all in my size or weight I can usually tell a difference in my endurance level and that keeps me motivated too. I have been working on doing some side plank moves from a Jillian Michael's DVD for weeks, but my arms just weren't strong enough yet. When I finally was able to hold the position for a few reps I was ecstatically happy! To me, that was progress even if I hadn't lost anything.
Hope that helps! As you said, keep moving forward and try to set your mind that exercise and eating right is a lifestyle, not just a diet and that even if you don't see physical changes it is still worth it because you'll be healthier overall.0
