Vitamins and Supplements, count the calories or not?

Hi, I take several pills for joints and other issues daily. Some of them have calories in them. As I will be taking them every single day for the rest of my life, do I count them? Some days the calorie count is up to 30 but on most days it is 10.

I know that since I am putting them into my body, I should count them but then again. I won't ever not take them, I will always have those calories in my diet.

What is everyone's opinion?

Wouldn't bother, I take a multivitamin and never log it. It's negligible.

Totally up to you. If it has calories or any kind of nutritional value, I log it.
