So on thursday I hurt myself working out. I lifted too much weight and I had the wrong form too. I messed up and I ended up pulling a rib head. (its the back part of your rib where it connects to your spin). Anyway, Ive been seeing the chiro and she told me I can work out very lightly. I wanted to continue with P90x but feel that the intensity might be too much for me. Does anyone else have any ideas of what i can do to keep working out? I havent worked out in 4 days, remained the same weight but i feel like if i dont move, Im going to gain again! help!?!?!?!?!?!

I've been in bed with a migraine all day, but I'm awake to get the kids off the bus, so I can respond....
Light is best and that would probably involve something more like legs only and less core or arms since your injury is there. Perhaps climbing an easy set of stairs or just walking. Sure you want to keep moving, but I'm sure you are still sore and don't want to reinjure. P90x is probably too much. Check on youtube and see if you can find any of the prior Tony Horton workouts. Power 90 might be easier if you still wanted to do something other than walk.....0 -
If you're not sure what you can do, start easy and don't push it0
