What is the right amount of water to drink? I'm always hearing mixed messages about it.

I've also read that it speeds up your metabolism?

And what leads to water retention?

I've noticed that since I've started drinking more water I've become much more thirsty which is weird :s

If anyone could answer my questions itd be much appreciated xx

    I just drink water consistently throughout the day...All the time I have water in my hand. I think that it has helped tremendously in my skin and digestive system...Water is my new best friend!
