I now must count carbs (thanks Doc & overly carb body of mine) but when I look up a food to put on my food chart it will say for example 1 oz cheese = carbs 1 is that measured in grams or is it a carb does this make sense I know it takes 15 grams to equal 1 carb so I suppose what I am asking is it listed on the food we look up in grams or carbs????I don't know hope this makes sense:blushing: :ohwell:

I think it's grams in the database. I know I try to keep under 100g carbs per day - I just fill in the quantity of eh food I've eaten, and let the database calculate the rest0
