What do I do?

I have been following a diet lately and had some success. This diet seems to point to the fact that I am very carb sensitive, sad because I love bread and pasta. I still have a few, but it is easy to manage how many carbs when you are home. Anyway, next Saturday I leave for Italy and I don't want to gain back all the weight I have worked so hard to lose.

I know we will be doing a lot of walking, but I am still worried about the carbs, does anyone have some suggestions?
