Extreme Shed & Shred Success Stories??

I have several of Jillian Michael's DVD's, but Extreme Shed & Shred is definitely my favorite. I do the whole thing at least 3 times a week and do other exercises the other 2 days. I have been losing about 2 pounds a week since I started it...as well as making other diet changes. I'm curious if anyone else is having success using this dvd.
