I'm just starting out with the fitness pal app and exercising again. I lost all my baby weight + a little more 8 year ago by the Atkins program, losing 70 lbs. After realizing how unhealthy it was, I started eating carbs again and packed all of it back on, plus a little extra. Even after just a few days I feel better starting my exercise routine in the am again. I never thought I'd be able to get up at 5am to do it, but I am. As this is the only time I have to fit it in. If anyone has any suggestions or tips, please let me know!
