JM 6 Week 6 Pack

I am getting ready to start Jillian's 6 week 6 pack. I've done her 30 DS, love it, but it's time for something different. I do have a few questions about it though.

First, how many of you have tried it and seen results?

Also, how do you log this? I don't have a heart rate monitor- I know I need to get one though. Can anyone recommend a good, fairly inexpensive one?

    I've done both levels of this for the past few weeks and would consider level 2 to be honest-to-goodness circuit training (it's a little manic, if you ask me! I'm afraid I'm going to fling a hand-weight through a wall accidentally or something!). Level 1 is a little less frantic-paced, but still circuit training. A HRM would help you a lot for tracking it, since people will react differently to the exercises and pace, depending on what level of fitness they are transitioning from. I came into the program with decent fitness and abs, but the exercises have really helped my endurance for core work.
