Hey guys!!! Today was my first day of insanity and I loved it! I figured I would post my first day results on here, if any one with experience could tell me if these are good for your first time? I would appreciate it!
Switch Kicks: 75
Power Jacks: 45
Power Knees: 70
Power Jumps: 30
Globe Jumps: 6 (didnt really like them so much)
Suicide Jumps: 13
Push Up Jacks: 16
Low Plank Oblique: 37

I just started my first day. I had started a few weeks ago and then missed about a week so I decided to start over. Here are my numbers to compare:
Switch Kicks: 110
Power Jack: 42
Power Knees: 72
Power Jumps: 34
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps:13
Push-up Jacks: 21
Low Plank Oblique: 45
