Low netting

Okay, so I've got 3h till I'm stopping eating for the day and I'm netting the ridiculous amount of 146 calories. Now, I do appreciate that this is bad but I've got a few reasons for this:
- I started Jillian Michaels' Body revolution. The first thing is a 7 day guide to boost up the metabolism but I didn't quite succeed as I didn't have enough of the 'yes' foods so that it backfired.
- I walked 1 mile in the morning and 2 miles in the afternoon (-227kcal)
- I did the first workout on body revolution (-276kcal)
What can I eat to quickly balance it out?
