Hi Ladies,
Anyone have success with Tracey Anderson's 90 Transformation? Any Hipcentric users? With Before & After pics?
I'd love to know if anyone has actually had any success using her program.
I purchased it in 2011 as a way to get in shape before standing up in my friend's wedding. And although I used it for a week or two, the cardio, with my knee injury, was impossible to do. (And it still will be for a few 4-5 more months.) I did do the floor exercises on the second DVD, (the strengthening and toning one? fat-burning one? I can't remember what it's called.) I could probably start doing the hipcentric ground exercises again. But certainly not the cardio yet. I can't jump around or run in place for a while yet...
Personally, I found the videos to be TERRIBLE as far as exercise videos go. She offers NO input on HOW you should actually be doing the moves, and what you should be focusing on. (muscle group, angle, what to avoid, what to focus on, etc. ) And I've actually gone through them, move-by-move, in an attempt to write out how many reps of each move she does, but there's NO rhyme or reason behind the progression whatsoever. Sometimes she does 3 reps on one side, sometimes 5 on the other.
It's confusing. And VERY HARD TO FOLLOW.
Basically, I'm ready to toss them and try something else that might be better suited for the exercises I can do now since I'm still rehabbing my knee...
AND... I'm going on the road in 12 days and really need an exercise DVD companion to take along for cardio that I can do in my hotel room.
Any ladies have some input?
Thanks!
LJ
