I've been on this program for two months now. For some reason my weight wont go down. Do i eat the same amount of calories everyday to lose?

Hi there!
You should follow what the calorie goal is when you set up your goals. I eneterd that i wanted to lose 1 & 1/2 lbs per week & as long as I stay undeer what the site says, I've lost. I also try to exercise more & that will allow me to eat more lol
