exercise balls

i just got one of those funky exercise inflatable balls for pilates. any exercise recommendations that i can do with this thing?

    yes, it's great for ab work,you also can sit on it and do weight training,i have one and use it all the time.
  • Mine came w. a dvd that has tons of leg and core activities. But I googled "exercise ball workouts", and there are zillions of videos for you to watch. That is what I would do if I were you. Enjoy!

    Mmm … best thing in the world is just lie back on it. Keep your feet firmly planted on the floor, and stretch your arms out, but make sure your head is resting on the ball so you don't strain your neck.

    Feels great at the end of the day!

    crunches while on it are great!!!! Also lying on the floor with your legs on top of it and grip the ball with your calf and thighs. then lift your legs up to your chest it's called a reverse crunch. AWESOME
