Hi all, name is Lacy. I'm 29 years old, 6 foot tall, amazon woman (as my friend lovingly refers to me as) and needing to get fit and lose weight. I just started Saturday on here from the recommendation of a friend. I am already liking the easy to use format. If you would be interested in becoming friends, just to encourage one another I would like that. :smile:

    I'm new, just started today also. I have a LONG way to go but with some new tools that I have learned I plan on this being my last and just maintain. Looking for friends for encouragement.
