Insanity - heart rate?

I've started the Insanity program and I love it. However... when doing the circuit training, I'm not sure what my heart rate should be when I recover... or in general. I did some online research, but didn't find a consensus. Any tips would be appreciated.

I get my HR to around 155 during the circuits, and I feel like I've recovered when it drops to around 115 during rests. Your respective HR figure will be higher, as you're way younger than me. HR zones are highly dependant on age, so that makes a huge difference. In effect, the lower your heart rate recovers during the break, the better. If you're still out of breath or feel really fatigued, hit the pause button and allow yourself some more recovery.
