Hi all, Just wondering I was going to buy some fresh salmon. I was going to to cut it into individual portion so that I could cook one peice at a time. So that being said when I go to eat one of the already frozen section should I cook the fish from frozen or do I let it thaw out and then cook it? Just wanted to make sure since I really don't want to food poision myself; thats right I am that awesome and have actually done it to myself before
Thanks All

I got a whole wild alaskan salmon from Asda here, already frozen, chopped it into three, and I cooked it from frozen, didn't defrost, and I suffered no ill effects. You can buy frozen fish portions anyway and the instructions on those tell you to cook from frozen usually.0
