Hey dudes and dudettes!

I am looking to lose between 15 and 17pounds. YIKES!

I am very comfortable with my current weight at 165. However would like to see myself at either 150 or 148.

Looking to support others and be supported. As well as pick others brains about workouts and eating regimins :)

Does anyone know how to lose weight yet KEEP curvaceous areas (hips, butt etc). I've always be active but when I really get focused I always slim in the waist and behind. How do I keep these areas and loose from other areas? Welp, if ya have any ideas let me know!

    Hi, we did use the same wording in both of our posts didn't we! I'm no expert at this, so please don't quote me, but I have read that it is not likely to succeed at spot reduction where you just focus on one area to lose weight, but maybe if you did strength training in the areas that you wanted to keep maybe you could build the muscle to keep them there, they would just be more firm..... Like I said I'm not sure about that, but you may be able to call your local gym and ask a trainer. I wish you the best of luck, I can't wait to see you transform!
