    How many calories does MyFitnessPal say you should consume per day? You should reach that count every day and not all at once. If you eat 400-500 calories @ breakfast, lunch & dinner & two 100 calorie snacks in between that is 1400-1700 calories per day right there! MFP has me on 1540 per day & I started @ 197! I just got back on my weight loss journey after my doctor gave me some not so great news so, I am not weighing myself until I go back to see her in June! You can do it, we all have faith in u! :smile:
