Calories per Day????

What is your goal you have set for Calories for a day and how did you decide on that number? I set mine at 1200 calories a day but am wondering if maybe that is why I'm not losing like I would like. Could my body think it's being starved. I am not hungry and do fine with amount but was looking back at some of you guys's diaries and seen higher calorie intake or people eating pizza and still losing weight. I am trying to do at least 30-45 or even sometimes 1 hour of cardio everyday except Sunday's (thats my day off). Please help if you have any ideas.
Also lets say if my calories are 1200 and I do 45 minutes of cardio and after pluggin it in it jumps me up to 1600 calories should I use all 1600 or just stay at my 1200 and see more results??

I eat most of my calories back. I have mine set to lose a pound per week but I lose 2 or 2.5. I burn a lot of calories in a week, like 3500-5900.
I would say that you should eat back your calories. You have already set your calories to lose weight each week. Your exercise is extra so use them up. Also, don't rely on the machines, etc to give you an accurate calories count. A HRM monitor is your best option, at least it is for me.0
