    Bump and thanks. Going to try making them with brown rice flour so they are gluten free. That way my son can have some if he wants to.

    I just finished baking these. Devoured one with cup of skim milk...yummy. My son who isn't even dieting said these are better than the real thing. Thanks for the recipe!

    I just joined MFP this week and have found so many recipes I'd like to try.

    Has anyone substituted for the 1/4 cup of sugar in this recipe? I'd love to know what you used and how much of it and most of all, how did these muffins taste with the sugar substitution?

    Hoping to make these today.

    I used Equal and they were fantastic!
