Been On Here Off and On for a couple Months

Hello Everyone!

So I joined myfitnesspal earlier this year and did good tracking my food for a while but I was not exercising and was not really seeing great results because of it. Then I started exercising but started eating horrible again and forgetting to log any of the food lol. Now I am trying to get back motivated and try to combine the two aspects in hopes of achieving some massive weight loss :)

I look forward to making new friends who are trying to accomplish similar goals!

Quick rundown of myself:
Age: 25
Height: 5'10"
Starting Weight: 334 lbs
Goal: 230 lbs

    ive been logging for about 50 days and have no friends on here i need to start adding a few from somewhere
