This is what 43lbs off look like.

I started on a diet when I reached 280lbs. I went all the way down to 243lbs while dieting in a way I though was the best at the moment and taking some pills. THen I lost it during xmas season and got demotivated. Went up to 263. Then I started using mfp and I have gone down to 237 in less than two months without starving, pills, trainer, shakes or anything like that. I want to loose maybe another 25lbs and although the photo angle or light might help a little, I think the difference is quite noticeable.
