Pain in the neck!

Ugh... I have a pain in the neck... literally! Had a migraine Friday and Saturday woke up with a horribly stiff neck/shoulder. I made both weekend days rest days... and today hit the gym thinking working my shoulder would help. Tonight I'm awake with even worse pain.

I'm not one to go to the doctor for every scrape and bruise... but ouch... I can't turn my neck! How long should I wait? Are there exercises I can do to help? I did treadmill, lats, and planks today... felt good during/ right after... but I wonder if I should have done that since the pain is bad now.

Thoughts?

    Seems like u probably simply cramped up the neck muscle the best thing is is to stretch nd rest up for a day u should be fine
