Since September I lost 20lbs. In the past month I have managed to gain it all back. I feel so unhappy now and I am trying to do everything that I can to lose it again but I am having a lot of trouble putting in the effort to lose it all a second time around. I try going to the gym every day and I try to keep eating healthy. I don`t know what else to do!!

MY ENTIRE LIFE.
I suffer from depression, my metabolism is deceased, (RIP), I know all about being tired and lethargic. I'm guessing you have something to motivate you;
friends, you wanna be healthier; who doesn't want to loose weight?
Here's the secret to getting started;
JUST. DO IT.
Don't think about it all night long, or think about it for more than five minutes. Just get your shoes on and go running. Or go dancing. Or do P90X or whatever it is that you love doing! AND JUST DO IT. DON'T STOP. I seriously decided on a wednesday afternoon that I was sick of the excess weight and just went running. Didn't wait till monday, didn't debate on how hot it was outside (Texas weather, over here!) And I just went running.)
I wish you the best of luck, no matter what; DO NOT GIVE UP!
