Hi all
I am in pretty good shape but want to just lose 10 lbs - my ultimate goal is to bring down my bad cholesterol. Currently working out with a trainer a couple of times a week and that is really key. I was going to the gym - but my workouts were half-hearted. Now I can feel the burn...but in a good way.

I have seen amazing changes in the 4 weeks since I started. I thinking keeping track on this app will really help me as although I am really firming up I still want to lose that 10 lbs....that we all want to lose ;) I love this app it is the best that I have tried and it finds almost everything that I consume...I like that it has Canadian products on there - makes it so much easier!!!
