ChaLEAN program?

What is it exactly and if you did it, what was your experience like? I'm in week 5 of Turbofire now I really miss lifting weights so I wanted to do something around that following this. I love Chalene so I'd thought maybe this might be a good combo?

I love it. Well it's 90 days and you have 3 days of lifting 2 days of cardio the lifting days are around 37 min including wu and cd. The cardio are a little longer. I just completed the first week and I look forward to starting the 2nd week tonight. There's no jumping around etc when you are trying to lift it's nice. The lifting part the first 30 days are the Burn phase, The next 30 days is the push phase and the last 30 days is the Lean Phase. I absolutely love it. I have done THE FIRM, Jillian all of hers never looked forward to doing her videos and a few other. This by far is the best.0
