arms and legs

hey guys i have dropped 56lbs just by cutting and counting calories alone-went to go buy some new clothes yesterday and good LORD my legs are atrocious i knew my arms were kinda flabby but seeing my legs in a full length was shocking-i have yet to excercise at all-what excercises should i do to get rid of the cheeese and flab effect??? #HELP!!!

  • i recommend Zumba sculpt and tone its a 45 minute all over workout that should tone your entire body

    If it has been a long time since you exercised, start with walking. Walk further and faster as you can. Start adding in some weights too - get yourself stronger. You don't have to start out with Insanity or 2 hours in the gym. Is there something you enjoy? Bike riding? Any sports? Find a few things you really like to do and start with them. Good luck!

    Any cardio will help! Start by walking 1 mile per day and keep adding it and then when you're ready, start running! Running will help you lose your tummy too, well at least it has for me!! And congrats on losing that weight! Keep it up!

    start with a simple walk..... once your stamina is up go for some jog... it will help you out
